Keylogged!?

Okay so apparentley this kid keylogged me, how do I stop and end this?

heres what you do, I will tell you step by step.

1. open up your keyboard

2. pull off any plastic or covering off

3. look for the log book, it will have everything you ever typed on a small note book under the circuit board with wires.

First don't type any important information or anything you don't want that person to know.

When you need to type out words to fix your computer, do this

Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Accessibility -> On-Screen Keyboard

By using that, he cannot see what you type because key loggers don't track where the mouse clicks.

Then try anti-spyware software such as these:

Spybot - Search and Destroy

Use one of the software to fully scan your computer and if it detects the keylogger, it should remove it. Make sure they are fully updated to detect the latest type malicious programs.

To stay on the safe side, you may also want to unplug the internet cable from the computer after fully updating the anti-spyware software. Then scan the computer while not connected to the internet.

If you have anti-virus/anti-spyware software then fully scan your computer. Don't download more than one anti-virus programs because they cause more trouble than help.
