Keylogger Help Please?

Question

I am expecting an email from someone who has sent me a keylogger in the past. I need to read this for work, but my email scanner didn't find the keylogger before and I'm worried about getting another one. Is there some way to check?

For keyloggers specifically you might want to try using ThreatFire. It's a program behaviour analyzer, and catches keyloggers practically instantly. Other than that, it's a good idea to have a good antivirus and antispyware. I would recommend Avira and Spyware Doctor Starter Edition (Both are free)

I think a virus scan should check it.

Or you can always not accept or expect emails from someone who has sent you a keylogger in the past!

go to microsoft.com and download microsoft virtual pc software

it is needs to create like an isolated PC into your computer

install there any operating system and run software and read emails from your guy in there

if there will be something malicious, it will work only inside there, virtual machine, so will not able to intercept any keypresses from your real machine or so
