Keylogger Removal PLEASE HELP ?

Question

What is a good program to remove a keylogger? I have tried avg, windows live, windows defender, and counterspy. I know it's still there but nothing will get rid of it.

hi its probably running as a service and cannot be stopped, try downloading a free app called process explorer, just search on yahoo to find, this will list all processes running on your computer, so once you see your keylogger you'll be able to see where the actual files are located, then simply stop the service and delete the files and then run your spyware/av program to ensure it;s gone
