I don't know really know to answer this question. Are you talking leg to leg, or can you order any chicken item at KFC, and any chicken item at Popeye's, and which one's better.

If it's leg to leg, I say KFC.

If it's any piece of chicken, I have tried KFC BBQ sandwich, Honey BBQ wings, and Popcorn Chicken, and I care for them greatly. Popeye's doesn't really have me interested in them for their sandwiches.

However, if you added another chicken place leg to leg, my favorite corporate chicken place would be Boston Market. They have rotissiere chicken. I think Brown's Chicken is the worst out of the four.

Mine would be KFC as they have better tasting food and now are more healthier... yum..

For actual "chicken", KFC, but overall as a restaurant I prefer Popeye's because they have a much broader menu, and I LOVE red beans & rice, seafood, and spicy foods, all of which KFC doesn't have.
