  1. Two great fighters and well deserving Hall of Famers.  Galaxy finished his career with a 50-1 record and Jofre with a 72-2 record.  Both fighters could really punch and were tough so this makes for an exciting matchup between warriors.  I believe that Galaxy and his southpaw stance would cause Jofre some problems early in the fight and would be the aggressor.  Jofre would turn it around and fight back hard against the "Thai Tyson" would dazzling combinations of punches which would have the crowd on their feet in this great contest.  In the championship rounds it would be a tossup as each man has his moments.  It would be really close at the end with both men giving it their all till the final bell.  The winner by split decision would be Galaxy with a clamoring by the boxing public for a rematch.

  2. Galaxy vs Jofre i have to go with Galaxy. Galaxy southpaw stance will really have Jofre off balance. It would hard but not impossible for Jofre to land something big because of Galaxy stance. Both of these batama/lightweight, and Boxing Hall of Famers have instant KO power. It would be a very interesting fight and i think it would be decided in the late rounds. southpaw style was based on getting in range close to his opponent and fire his left hand. His right hand was used to measure his opponent to gauge the range to fire his left hand. Galaxy left hand is responsible for all his knockouts and is argubly the hardest single punch amongst the lower weight fighters in history. Jofre relaid more on a orthodox stance and just box regular like we see many fighters fight today. A close decision or a late round KO for Galaxy.

  3. this one is too tough to call....too all time greats, two hard  punchers, seldom lost, fought the best & ducked nobody...

as a huge galaxy fan, i find it hard to be objective, but i lean toward jofre here, although how could you choose between two greats like these?
