On Tuesday, the National Cricket League four-day match between Khulna Division and Dhaka Metropolis ended in a draw at Narayanganj Osmani Stadium, Fatullah.
The final day started with Khulna Division resuming their second innings from 166 runs for the loss of two wickets.
Khulna having hammered a massive tally of 618 runs in their first innings were in a strong position and were aiming to post a few more runs to hand Dhaka a befitting defeat – the side which had managed to post only 288 runs in their first innings.
