Kick Boxing workout?

I just got my new Kickboxing video in the mail and was wondering how often I should perform this routine?.. I'm a non smoker, drinker weight is good and I eat right.. I just want to tone muscle from having kids.. Thanks!

  1. well i guess you must be doing cardio kickboxing and not the actual fighting kickboxing. personally i would suggest looking for a class even if you are just doing the cardio aspect of the style and not to actually learn how to fight.

  2. 3-4 times a week should be fine.  Depending on their age, the kids might even want to join in for a while.  If you can't swing that, get your husband to do something with them for that 45 minutes or hour.

    My wife does a workout while I bathe/pj/brush teeth with the kids.  She reads stories and puts them to bed while I do my workout.

  4. at least three times a week but if you want results faster you can do it daily, until your sore then rest then repeat. its up to your body and what its capable of, maybe every second day is right for you. test and see
