Kick boxing?!?

ok so im going to a kick boxing class cus my moms work friend( he works for a law furm, dont ask) dose classes. my said she waould take me to one class, which is tomarrow. and i dont even know what it is. what is it?

it is what it sounds like. you learn how to kickbox at a kickboxing class. that includes punching and kicking. why are you going anyway? it doesn't sound like you wanted to go. Don't start something unless you are willing to invest time into it. especially something like kickboxing which requires you to have a strong will to never give up.

Kickboxing, if i know this right, is like MMA minus the grappling. they have kicks and punches and I don't think they have throws.  look up kickboxing or muay thai on http://www.youtube.com

1st of all, there's a spellcheck button you can click on.

2nd, kickboxing is like shadow boxing but with more kicks.,  its good aerobics and you learn how to kick someone's a$$.

You work out all your stomach muscles;obliques, abs, waist, etc. and your gluteous maximus, hams, & quadriceps.

Have you seen the billy banks' infomercials for Taebo?  It's very similar to that.

i would brace yourself if i were you it is alot worse than boxing because in kick boxing you got fists and feet flying at you from every where tell me how u get on good look
