$200 enrollment fee

then $100 each month

for 2 lessons each week (2hrs each) Class about 10 people

In my opinion it is a rip off, although they might be teaching quality sport...do you think?

  1. You're right I do think that is a lot but it really depends on the quality and location. At my martial arts studio in Los Angeles I can take Krav Maga 4 times a week for an hour, MMA one day a week for 2 hours and BJJ twice a week for an hour each. The cost is $110 per month and there was no enrollment fee other than the cost of uniforms.

$100 is a pretty standard monthly fee, but for only about 4 hours a week, I agree that it's a ripoff.

Maybe you can shop around at other studios to see if the price is comparable in your area.

  2. it's hard to put a price tag on something like that. The teacher or the studio can charge whatever they want. If you want to take the class take it, don't look for an excuse out. but, if you need to go ahead and throw your fists in the air and tell them kick boxing is too one demionsional and you can prove it, then do that

  3. Enrollment fee I dont know usually this includes some form of uniform If it does this is OK now as for the monthly trust me some charge upwards from $150 a month for the same so $100 is good most martial arts clubs/schools charge from $100 up to $200 per month and for what I've seen some are good but not as good as others and charge on the upper scale so $100 GO FOR TI!!!!!!!!
