I'm fifteen years old. I want to lose about 17-20 pounds by this time next year. I'm already working on the food part.I want a new skill that's fun, and can help me get in shape.I'm not exactly out of shape, I'm pretty good at cardio, but I'm a little lazy and I REALLY want to be in shape.So should I do kickboxing or pilates?What's more fun? Have you done either? How was your experience?Where was it?
