Kicker Amp for my speakers?

I have 2 12" kicker comp speakers with a nominal power handleing of 300 watts rms and a peak power handling of 600 watts what would be a good kicker amp to use with these speakers? (they are 2 ohm dual coils also)

  1. the kicker comp speakers are 300 watts mac and 150 watts rms. and there only single voice coils i think you talking about the CVR kickers and those a 800 watts max and 400 watts rms. only kicker subs that have the wattage your talking about are the l5 8 inch subs.

    but to match the comps you should get a 300 watt mono block amp. the ZX300.1 this will power them both properly.

    if you have the CVR's then get the ZX850.2. its a 2 channel so you have the option to bridge it or use both channels to play it safe and smart


  2. Exactly what that guy said, but the 15" COMP's are 300 RMS, and its the 12" L5's that are 600 watts RMS
