Kicking a kid out?

Is it illegal for a mother with custody of their child too kick the kid out and tell him/her to go live with the father?

well i think that, that is wrong for a mother that has custody over his/her child to kick her out. i dont know

Why do you want to throw your kid out? What did they do?

I think you have to take it to court if there's a custody battle involved.

Ask the father if he wants custody of the child. Must be the teenage years I take it. I remember mine all to well. I was a little brat to both my parents and at 12 I decided to live with my dad. If he wants to live with his dad, more power to him/her. It turned out it wasn't that great of an experience for me to live with my dad. My mom was right. She always said "Fine, go live with your dad, and then tell me how it is". It wasn't as peachy as I thought it would be.

Yes, if a kid is under 18 and you kick them out it is illegal.
