Kid pulled a knife?

k so a kid pulled knife on a teacher at our school and they took the kid away but would that kid get sent to juvie and if so for how long?

if he was older then eight he will be sent to juvie most likely for a minium of 6 months

they probably would and the time would be counted on what kind of knife,and did he use assult with the knife(most likely a few months)

Depends on why the kid pulled a knife. Was the teacher trying to assault him?

depends on his age.I hope he don't return to school until the next school year ! ! ! !

Then they can leave his azz in juvi or boot camp ! ! ! ! !

yes of course he will be sent to juvie. lots of things come into determining how long he will be there for. They have to look into his age, whether it’s his first time offense and other stuff too. But im guessing he is gunna need tons of help and be there for a while. Also, I don’t think he is going to be coming back to your school, he is most likely expelled.

The kid needs to be in a mental hospital, not jail. They should be expelled from the district as well if there is any justice in the world.
