Kidnapping Holy Bible passage question, please ?

Hi,

What passage in the Holy Bible condemns a kidnapper to death ? It is something like that whoever abducts a person and sells him or kills him, shall be put to death.

I am certain that the said passage is either in Leviticus or Deuteronomy, but I am not sure.

Please help me out here, PLEASE? I have tried everything.

Exodus 21:16, "Anyone who kidnaps another and either sells him or still has him when he is caught must be put to death."

Deuteronomy 24:7, "If a man is caught kidnapping one of his brother Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you."
