major illnesses freak me out.  cuz some are uncureable.

I think many very young kids won't be able to name some of your categories without being prompted.  I doubt many 7 year olds know the word for terrorism.  Very young children won't even understand the word "fear".  What do you do with all the answers kids give that aren't on your list?  because you'd get a bunch....shots, monsters, eating icky food.....How do you categorize those?  Plus children tend to think less globally and more about what pertains to them alone.  And are also much more likely to respond back with a fear prompted by a recent experience.  Today's reported fear may be off the kids radar by next week.
