Kids Chamomile???????

Do you take it before you eat or after you eat... and if you do take it before you eat do you have to wait like a few minutes before?

chamomilla in material doses can create stomach ache.

I don't think it matters.  What are you taking it for?  Take it with a meal if your worried.  If you have a stomach ache you should take some ginger.  There is a drink called ginger soother try that.
