Kids and babysitting?

Question

im going to the beach with my dad and some of his friends

all the adults want to go out and party and are leaving me with 4 kids ages 7-10.

i think its gonna be super boring but how can it not be????

give me some ideas on things to do cuz its for 2 nights.

Rent movies, make popcorn, do crafts (probably only girls), play games (either board games, or games like flashlight tag),

You are going to the beach and you will have a ball.   Kids like to be on the go, but if you plan ahead this could be fun.   Check out the website below for some ideas, but in the meantime:

Fly kites

Bring water bottles to keep the sand wet and   build sand castles

Frisbee

football

play music and relax a bit

take a walk

collect shells, rocks, etc.....

build a fort with towels, chairs etc......

Beachball in the water

Flashlight tag

Pool - Marco polo

Everyone should have a disposable camera and take pictures.  Have a contest to see who has the best pictures.  Maybe pick a  theme to photograph - largest wave, funniest cloud, etc...

Picnic

If parents are nearby but not directly with you you could have a bonfire and make smores

Inside - board games, cards, rent a video, paint the shells you found with nail polish

Play games with the kids, watch some of their favorite movies (G and PG rated) and cook some nice meals for them like mac and cheese.
