Kids birthday present HELP?

Question

My godsons birthday is this Sunday and I usually buy him shoes, clothes, and a toy! I already got the shoes and clothes but for some reason this year I can't seem to find the right toy for him!

He is in kindergarten and seems to be in that in between stage (too old for some toys, too young for others). I thought about getting him a spiderman mp3 but thought he still might be too little, so I went and bought him a remote control dinosaur today but later found out that his mom already got it for him. I really want to get him something he'll love, I'm looking to spend around $50. and would like 1 big gift as opposed to several little ones.

i would buy him a gift card from like toys r us or something and take him to buy the gift he chooses! that makes it easier for u and more fu for him!

Kids love to see the digital picture on the screen after they take it.  He would need help from mom & dad to upload them to the computer for printing, but for his age it's more about taking the photo and seeing it on the screen.

Even at this age boys still like cars and building things.  Check into a nice remote control car for him or maybe the connect link blocks that you actually s***w together to build things.  Also sports things were a hit with my son or if he has a game system maybe a new game for it or the computer.  We got my son an MP3 player at 6 but he was responsible and took care of his things so if he is that type of kid go ahead and get it.  From personal experience remember the more noise it makes the more a boy will like it.!!!!!!!!!!!

the little boy i babysit is 6 y/o he loves remote controled cars!!! he will spend all day making it drive around the driveway.

Get him a racecar track, one of the nice one's with several cars to race on it like HotWheels.

I would go to toys r us, Some children love Dvd's so maybe ask his mother if there is a particular TV show or ovie that he may enjoy..If this child has recieved a lot of toys, then maybe opt for the dvd and maybe a colouring book as well.

In kindergatern they are enjoying paiting, cutting, fun activities, so I feel a dvd and maybe a fun activity book would be good, but a boys one.. Just a suggestion.

The best thing to get him is to let him choose what he wants. Get him a gift card from wally world. OR any equal retailer.

Ninja Turtles. My son loved them at that age and at almost 9 still plays with them. You can get the den they live in or a car or truck for the turtles

at that age my son loved remote control cars. you could also look into computer games for his age.

one of my sons favorite toys at that age was a train set. make sure it is for his age though. many of them are to difficult and technical for kids that age. i would check toys are us or kb toys.

You shouold get him a gift card then either you or his mum could take him shopping for whatever he wants. I think he'll like the idea of having his own money to spend.
