Kid[teen] frienly diets?

im 13 very overweight[if ur gonna be mean dont even bother answering.

not 2 be mean but ill report u!

i want to be slimmer

and feel better.

what are some easy diets that come with great results

i know i need 2 excersice 2.

  1. The basics .. increase your metabolism by being active and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, no sodas, no junk food, I think that's as simple as you can get it.

    Eat smaller more frequent meals, cut your portions and gradually get use to eating until you're satisifed not full.

    I'm sorry but at 13 I cannot suggest supplements as I'm not a physican and you're a minor. But simply drinking water about a half hour before a meal will give you a full feeling and help you eat less.

    Don't eat prior to bed .. no eating at least 3 hours prior to bed.

    Exercise can be as easy as brisk walking and all you need is a good pair of walking shoes, 30-45 mins a day about 4 to 5 days a week.

    Get an inexpensive pedometer to chart your walking progress.

    Get your rest, you won't lose a thing if you don't allow your body to re-generate and allow yourself time to change your eating habits, remember it takes at least 21 consecutive days to form a new habit.

    And finally be patient, generally people want to lose weight quick but it doesn't stick if you don't your lifestyle of the habits that have you where you are now it takes time.
