Arsenal’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kieran-Gibbs-c20945 has gone on to praise the team and their British players, as he feels that the players are bound to grow up under the influence of foreign players at the club, which is only going to go on and help the national team out in
the future.
Over the last couple of years, Wenger has gone on to develop a reputation of being  a manager who tends to develop youth, but focuses on bringing in youngsters from outside the country in order to do so.
However, Gibbs has gone on to dismiss any and all such rumours, as he feels the team has ample youngsters who are coming up the ranks at the club, and insisted that they are bound to help the team perform even better in the future.
"For me that’s what it comes down to,” said the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international.
“We have Carl Jenkinson, Emmanuel Frimpong, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aaron-Ramsey-c3065, so I think the young British players are getting better now because they’re learning what it takes to play at the top.”
“I think as long as we can improve, there won’t be any further criticism about [signing] foreign players.”
Gibbs then went on to praise Wenger and his ability to find talent, as he strongly feels that the manager tends to find players who no one would have ever heard of, as he goes on and turns them into world class talents.
He added: “He [Wenger] has built a reputation for signing players for a modest fee and turning them into great players.”
“I don’t think many people in England had really heard of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thomas-Vermaelen-c35002 before he arrived and yet he became an instant fan favourite at the club."
“He has an eye for noticing the potential in promising players.”
Nonetheless, Wenger now needs to get these talented youngsters to start performing at their very best since the team really needs to start getting their act together.
It is high time for Wenger and his men to prove their worth and the way the season is going, the time to do so is now or never.
