West Indian all-rounder, Kieron Pollard, who starred in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 for their preceding T20 win against the Caribbean tourists but feels that that the upcoming One Day International (ODI) series will serve as a vital competition for his team as well as himself.
“Hopefully we can go there and give a good account of ourselves (in the ODIs)," said Pollard.
“Bangladesh played well in the Twenty20 game but it can go either way that you have seen in the Champions League. Fifty-overs games are the test of character of each team,” added the all-rounder.
During Tuesday’s one-off T20 match at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, in Dhaka, Pollard was omitted from the playing XI, despite marking an imposing performance for the Mumbai Indians at the CLT20 competition.
