the lava that comes out of Kilauea is very thin and it runs fast, but as it cools it moves slower. Kilauea has caused a whole subdivision to go under do the area being covered by lava. It is said that if you take a peace of lava from Kilauea the goddess Palely will cruse you with bad luck for the rest of your life if you don't return the stolen lava along with a small bottle of Gin that is the goddess favorite drink.
