Kilkenny or Cork for 2 days?

tough call! both are fantastic. if all you want to do is drink and eat then kilkenny is fantastic. cork offers a wider range of attractions tho.

You can probably see both if you don't mind the 2 1/2 hour drive between them! But if you really really have to choose I would go for Kilkenny, it's unique and can't be missed. You can see the town in 1 day and leave the other day to explore the countryside - but there isnt' much to see or do (unless you drive to Waterford - about 40 minutes - and see the crystal factory).Cork is very pretty and there are a lot of great places to see in the surroundings, in 2 days you can easily see the whole area.
