Killacolla Doll enjoys explosive chances in the Swift Stakes at Peterborough
The most lightly raced hound on the line-up of the Grade A2 Swift Stakes is the two-year-old, Killacolla Doll. The 420 metres flat race will be hosted by Peterborough on Friday, 13th July while the prize money that the winner will get to take
away for the connections is £83.
Besides Killacolla Doll, the others up for the challenge tonight are Shes Relentless, Tullymurry Pop, Grafton Henry, Gateway Callum and Romeo Project.
Ace Hi Rumble’s two-year-old daughter cracked open her racing career with a drilling session on 31st May, 2012 at Peterborough over 420 metres. This task she accomplished in 26.27 seconds.
The three outings of the P. Ward trained resulted in a second score, a third position and then a success.
On 21st June, the black daughter out of b***h, Marazion Queen, qualified as the runner-up in a 420 metres race at Peterborough. The winner, Moss Row Marty, reached the other end of the wire in 26.22 seconds. He set Killacolla Doll at a disadvantage
while leading by 2 ¾ lengths.
The second try of the two-year-old was at the same race course and over the same distance. The winner, the lengths and the position at which she ended were different.
On 28th June the black b***h stumbled on to a third position behind the winner, Fanore Mac, who clocked the track distance in 25.42 seconds and won over Killacolla Doll by a hefty margin of 9 ½ lengths.
The two-year-old raced towards the rails but failed to impact the winner and the runner-up.
The long awaited celebration came through the success in the Grade A3 Cora V Sandy Stakes on 6th July, 2012 at Peterborough over 420 metres. After leashing out of the second gate, her pace was halted by getting bumped but then she led on and ran
for the wire taking 26.09 second while leading by two lengths.
Finishing right after the winner after taking 26.25 seconds was, Caz Hitch.
The 3 to 1 entry for tonight has progressed and improved remarkably through the three career outings, and is a highly promising candidate for the event tonight.
