Killacolla Pedro to continue the winning pattern in the Heat 3 (5 To Qualify) at Wimbledon
Taking part in the Heat 3 (5 To Qualify) are Ballymac Cryan, Killacolla Pedro, Longrange Ivor, Barefoot Allstar, Razldazl Bugatti and Hernandez. The race will be held over 480 metres flat on Friday, 27th April at Wimbledon. The prize money set
for the race is £110.
The most accomplished entry on the line-up is Killacolla Pedro, Droopys Scolari’s two-year-old black son out of b***h, Killacolla Lady. His first two attempts of the season were dreadful failures with a fifth position at Romford and then a third finishing
at Peterborough.
His first success of the season was in a Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough which he settled in 25.54 seconds. The other 7/4 joint favourite, Extremely, timed the distance in 25.74 seconds and leapt through the two and a half missed out lengths.
On 16th February, Killacolla Pedro won a 420 metres race at Peterborough by clocking the track distance in 25.25 seconds and led the runner up, Billis Hotdog, by 8 ¾ lengths.
The evening’s favourite of the Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough reached the other end of the wire in 26.19 seconds. Pursuing the winner with the two lengths’ gap was the runner up, Grafton Mr Moon.
Coming at terms with the third position was Go On Kitch.
Accomplishing what is impossible for many, Killacolla Pedro, the evening’s favourite captured the Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough by timing the track distance in 25.28 seconds. Reeling in for the wire by a short head’s distance was Waspinajar.
Joining the winner and the runner up beyond the wire was Bonnan Bui.
The fifth win in line was not just an ordinary victory but it was a success that the two-year-old got hold of in 26.80 seconds over 420 metres that too when leading by a staggering 16 ¼ lengths.
Settling as the runner up was Ferndale Scolari on 5th April at Peterborough.
Helping the under charge make history, the trainer, P. Ward drilled Killacolla Pedro over 420 metres on 12th April that he mastered in 25.53 seconds.
With victories more than any other contestant under belt and recent training, Killacolla Pedro is oozing with chances to strike sixth win in a row.
