Killacolla Posh primed to perform well at Peterborough
Killacolla Posh is going to show a sterling performance at Peterborough racecourse on Wednesday night, April 4 in a bid to win a Grade A1 contest over 420m distance.
The £98 event is scheduled to start at 22:30 (GMT). The P. Ward-trained black b***h will compete against Confident Martin, Ballymac Glenda, Billis Primrose and Glatton Becky.
Killacolla Posh made her debut in August 2011. She bagged a couple of consecutive victories during the very next month.
The brilliant b***h moved forward to earn two consecutive runner-up ranks in the month of October. After winning a race each in the last two months of the last year, the novice runner achieved an amazing triumph along with a runner-up position during January
2012.
During the first half of March, the daughter of Droopys Scolari out of Killacolla Lady again won two races in a row convincingly.
Thus, the talented hound’s career chart is adorned with epic feats and marvellous performances. At the moment, she is carrying immense winning momentum which will definitely help her thrive in tonight’s marathon.
Though the b***h’s chances to finish first are 95 percent but two of her rivals like Ballymac Glenda and Glatton Becky will give her enough tough time on the track.
Ballymac Glenda registered a classic hat-trick of wins during October 2011. The R. Devenish-trained blue b***h attained two convincing victories during March 2012. This success streak has hiked her confidence level to a great extent.
On the other hand, Glatton Becky won four races in a row during the first two months of the calendar year. The veteran brindle b***h stepped ahead to claim a big success on March 17. She finished second in her second last outing on March 24.
Each of this duo will pose arduous challenges to the hot favourite hound who is required to run with utmost stamina in order to get a breakthrough. The race is likely to be packed with twists and turns. The battle for success will be fantastic to watch.
