1. Try a heating pad...you may want to hit me with my next suggestion, but it works...I'm a massagertherapist...all cramps are is the uterus contracting...go to your belly button, move two inches up and rub hard, two inches down and two inches to each side rubing hard each time...it forces the uterus to stop contracting.

  2. heat on the stomach like a heating pad or plastic disposable gloves with hot water in them help you just tie them up

  3. hey you should just lay down a try to take a nap abd when you get up.the cramps should be settled then try and do something

  4. lie down and if u have a hot water bottle fill it and lie it on ur belly... if not put a warm towel on it..

jst relax and take a couple of pain killers the cramps will ease off soon..

its terrible having cramps i fully understand were u r coming from...

  5. First sit comfortably.

Second, drink some medium temperature water

Third, do something that u like most, like singing / tv / chat / etc

  6. Well since your parents aren't home. I would say your best bet would be get up and go into a very hot tub. This will help to relax your muscles. I am 18 years old and have been suffering with terrible menstrual cramps since i got my period. What i use is those icy hot patches. I place them on my lower stomach and just lay down for a while. They help to release the tension in your stomach. But until your parents get home to get you some, take some pain medicine and get in the bath. Excedrin also will help with the pain if you have any around the house.

    Hope I helped!
