Killer whale vs. scorpion?

who would win? me and my friend have a debate about it.

Killer whale, since its skin is so think that a stinger can not penetrate the Whales think skin and bubbler Also if the stinger did penetrate it, i think that the poison would not affect as much since he has a c**p load of blood... Also a scorpion cant swim...

I doubt a scorpion would be able to pierce a whale's skin and blubber with it's stinger, then again it would mean the scorpion would have to be on land or in the sea which would lead to the death of one. So it's a tie if you view it that way. But a whale would pay no mind to a scorpion
