Killerk Sammy expected to be dominant in Suffolk 220
Killerk Sammy is expected to dominate proceedings in the Suffolk 220 at Mildenhall in England on Tuesday, May 29, 2012. A cash prize of £150 will be awarded to the winner of the 220 metres race.
The Grade OR event is scheduled to start at 20:15 GMT and following entries have been confirmed for it: Killerk Sammy, Air Force Solo, Blackrose Slick, Moany Tony, Pams Deema and Pretty Chilly.
Out of the above mentioned runners, Killerk Sammy has got the speed to walk away with a comfortable victory in the race. He is in excellent form, thus the bookies have awarded him with the best odds. There will be no doubts in the minds of the punters, who
will be placing the maximum number of bets on him today.
The M. Newman’s trainee will be chasing a hat-trick of victories, as he was triumphant in his previous two runs at this level. No one seems to be in a better shape than him, thus his chances are sky high.
Out of his previous three runs, the black dog has won twice, which show the kind of form he is in at the moment. He was lightning quick in his previous outing and did not allow anyone else to come closer in the end.
Killerk Sammy entered that event as combined favourite with a couple of other hounds, but he never allowed them to challenge him in the race. He was quickly out of the blocks and earned the lead pretty early. He kept on increasing his speed, winning by three
lengths in the end.
If he gets a clear run, a similar result will be witnessed by the spectators at Mildenhall. He is the son of Droopys Scolari out of Ballaghboy Cool and was born in December 2009.
Air Force Solo is another good runner, who might attract a few bets in his favour, but his chances of victory are slim. He also likes the shorter distance events, but does not seem to have the winning momentum at the moment.
The R. Holloway’s trained hound finished runner up in his previous race, which shows that he is a decent performer and has the ability to challenge Killerk Sammy today.
