Killieford Deal determined to win Molson Coors Puppy 480m Trophy
Taking a look on the career chart of the C. Lister trained black dog, Killieford Deal, you will find that he is born to win. Having sky-rocketing confidence and excellent skills, the two-year-old novice hound is going to make a big impact in the Molson Coors
Puppy 480m Trophy that will take place at Nottingham racecourse on Monday night, August 27.
The son of Hondo Black out of Quare Deal will break from Trap 6 to take on five worthy rivals in the open race over 480 meters. On winning, he will bring home £150.
The young and enthusiastic hound started his career with a 10 ½-length clean victory on March 9, 2012. That was the T2 race over 300 meters, held at Shawfield. He went on to finish first again in the very next race.
During April-May, the brilliant hound marvellously grabbed three consecutive conquests. In his second OR start on July 22, he finished as the runner-up.
On August 6, the talented dog nicely won the Caffreys Puppy Classic Trial Stakes by the big margin of 5 ¼ lengths. For the 500-meter race, he was the 6-4 hot favourite candidate. He went ahead to clinch the title of the Caffreys Puppy Classic - Heat 3 on
August 13.
Despite these two tremendous triumphs, he could not be able to complete the second hat-trick and finished 4th in his last start.
Now, Killieford Deal is keen to thrive in tonight’s marathon. All the odds go to his favour, but he will have to face enough resilience from Romeo You Decide who is awash with confidence following his two consecutive triumphs of the first half of the calendar
month.
Overall, the D. Firmager trained black dog has been a consistent performer since the very beginning of his career.
The son of Brett Lee out of Fabulous Jodie will join the battle with sheer confidence. This is the thing that can be greatly disturbing for Killieford Deal.
The sport lovers are looking forward to enjoy an awe-inspiring contest between these two mighty hounds. Let us see who carries the day. Good luck to Killieford Deal.
