Killing weeds....?

whats the quickest method for killing weeds???

theyre between pavementy blocks.

im looking for an easy efficient way, my boyfriend has a punishment to de weed a huge amount of area for 4 hours for three nights.

Go to your local home depot and ask them if they have any chemical weed killers.

boiling hot water!!! just make sure it doesn't get into areas that he doesn't want dead

RoundUp - just don't get it on plants/grass you want!!

Do not use salt or bleach as it kills nearby plants which have their roots under the pavement.  Hot water may work.  Vinegar might, but it needs to be a more concentrated for than what you can buy.  

Fire works but I think his folks would notice that.  There are special torch attachments that fit on propane tanks.  

Actually I think he needs his punishment.  Obviously he's done something to warrant it.  Afterwards have him spray Roundup on the sidewalk whenever he sees weeds so the digging punishment can't be used again.

Pathclear, or Weedol is fastest. Roundup takes longer but does a better job.

I buy mine at Poundland and they are dead within 2 days, it is a spray and so easy.

Boil hot water and add salt. Let the mixture cool. the salt is the ing. that really kills the weeds!
