Kim vo curling iron?

i was watching E! news the other night and kim vo was showing some girl how to do her hair and he was using a curling iron, but it had like 2 handles.. it kinda makes your hair look how vanessa hudgens usually looks when its long ... anybody know what kind of iron this was? i been tryingg to look online but cant find what it is :(
