Kimbo Slice Fight CAMERA FADE OUT and Slice Getting Free of Submission????

Question

What was with the camera on Saturday's fight zooming out to 100 yards away when Kimbo was in that wicked submission hold against the cage?

If i remember correctly, he was looking hurt, then...the camera zooms WAY the h**l out for 3 seconds and them when it comes back in...HE"S FREE OF THE HOLD!!!

WTF... How did this happen?

Not only that, but he tapped in the first round! HE TAPPED OUT. My mom, who has no idea what's going on in MMA fights, SAW HIM TAP. But he wins? And, what was the ref thinking when he stopped the fight?

Elite XC is a disgrace. The whole night was a waste except for the women's fight. They were awesome!

This is what happens when you let a national broadcast station do a fight event. They'll broadcast it the way they broadcast NFL.

I wondered that too when it happened.

The whole show was just a ToughMan contest with MMA stuck on the door.

It completely sucked.

And WTF were the cheerleaders????

Well, if the stories about Dana White turning down CBS b/c they wantged THIS kind of show and he wanted another: I have more respect for him now.

I don't live and die on who does what to whom or comes out to what song in the UFC or any of the other fighting leagues. I find it mildly entertaining, but I have far more importent things to worry about, like actually living my life.
