Kimbo slice vs ken shammrock?

I dont care that shammrock is 44 years old and has lost 5 straight fights, i still want to see this fight. do you? i lost some respect for kimbo after getting beat down by that nobody, but im still looking forward to this fight. I hope shammrock wins

Ken is 100% going to submitt kimbo within the first round.  Im so glad ken got this fight cause kimbo has been talkin a lot of **** about everyone but the biggest name he has fought was Tank.  This kimbo guy is a joke he will never last with a true mma fighter.  hes a brawler and there is a big difference.  I cant wait to see kimbo get his *** kicked.

Kimbo didn't get beaten down by anyone. He will beat Ken Shamrock. But EliteXC is just building up fighters like Kimbo and Gina Carano to compete with the UFC. EliteXC is filled with ******* like KJ Noons, who is scared out of his mind to have a rematch with Nick Diaz. Kimbo will eventually have to face a promising fighter with an actual background (Brett Rogers?). He will fight a bunch of wieners until he fights for the EliteXC heavyweight championship, which I'm sure he will.

Ive been noticing a pattern in kimbo's opponents. All have lost a majority of there last fights... His mma debut, guy lost 5 of his last mma fights i think. Tank abbot lost 7 of his last 8 fights. James, lost 4 of his last 5 fights. Ken lost his last 5 fights. So I donnot see what this kimbo fad is about.

To answer your question,  I hope Ken puts an end to this "fad." But I'm not expecting anything spectacular.

I have to think that Kimbo is the underdog here, and barring a miracle, Shamrock will submit him in the first round. But Kimbo is not just going to disappear after he loses, like many of you are hoping. Maybe fans would have a different opinion of him if he had paid his dues the hard way. But give the man a little credit. He has been thrust into the spotlight by EliteXC, and he's handling it well. An entire company has put their entire existence on a man who was fighting in backyards a couple of years ago. Give him a break, please. All of you who despise Kimbo must REALLY hate Brock Lesnar. He's getting just as much, if not more, exposure than Kimbo, and he hasn't paid any dues in the game, either. But I guess that's different somehow.

I couldn't think of a more ridiculous idea for a fight. Bas Rutten is now doing Kimbo a serious disservice. Kimbo has everything to lose and nothing to gain fighting a man well beyond his prime, like Ken Shamrock. The fight against Tank Abbott was ridiculous enough, and it did nothing to show how 'good' Kimbo is. Why not have Kimbo fight a man with talent who is actually close to his own age? To go from fighting James 'Colossus' Thompson to fighting Ken Shamrock is a huge step down. It would be better for Kimbo to fight someone like Josh Barnett or Stephan Bonnar.

It will be rigid and Kimbo will somehow win. Just like the Thompson fight.. Weird his ear just popped. And I agree Lesnar hasn't paid all his dues yet. But way more than Kimbo. Lesnar Nearly Beat Mir, then killed Heath Herring. Even if he didn't finish him Herring had no chance. And both Herring and Mir would demolish Kimbo.

shamrock is over the hill. kimbo only fights opponents who absolutely have not so good records. kimbo never is and never will be one of the best. ken is probably going to get killed but i am still hoping he some how beats kimbo so all you stupid kimbo *** lickers can get off of his nuts. **** you all.

I never had respect for Kimbo to lose from his last fight. He is nothing more than a street fighter, and a bum. Shamrock is over the hill, he might be able to get a submission if he can get it to the ground and the ref doesnt stand them up for some mysterious reason. Why must Elite XC hand pick Kimbos fights to make him look like a beast?

Are they fighting each other? Shammrock will kick his ***. One is skilled while other is just a prison style underground brawler. Shamrock is in good shape and injury free now. Kimbo, is never really in that good of shape.

I hope Shamrock wins. I've been watching him for so many years. I want this thing to be taken to the ground and watch Kimbo Slice try to survive. I would rather take Shamrock who is past is prime over a Slice who is way too overrated. Shamrock is a legend. He'll submitt Slice with a heel hook.
