I think the real question may be who would really even WATCH this fight if it was set up?  This sounds like a horrible match-up that isn't even deserving of air-time.

Kimbo is nothing but a bar brawler with no technique and stamina. He wouldn't stand a chance.

if it went to the ground Lesnar would def. win. If they stayed up kimbo has the better striking

Brock by far.  It would start standing, Brock would throw that huge block he calls a hand, Kimbo would duck and Brock would take him down and hold him down for the rest of the round.  Round 2 would go pretty much the same way, it might stay standing a little longer because Kimbo would be worried about the take down but it would eventually happen and Brock would just hold him there.  Brock doesn't have a real ground and pound game, but he would score the points,  Round 3 basically the same but don't look for the take down til late in the  round because it will just be a circling match.  End of the fight?  Brock Lesnar by unanimous decision.

Brock would win. Easily. There is a reason why Brock is in the UFC, and why Kimbo is in EliteXC. Brock has the tools, technically, and athletically, to hang with the best. Kimbo, while he could destroy the average man on the street, can't hang with the best trained fighters in the world. While I like Kimbo for his entertainment value and his rags to riches story, the reality is, in an MMA contest, Brock would destroy him.

Obviously Brock Lesnar.  When I first Saw Brock I thought he was huge but slow. Turns out he still was huge & fast. He's a beast.

Brock would win hands down.
