Kind Of Stage Fright?

Question

i don't have stage fright but whenever i get in from of an audience acting ( and i want to be an actor ) my face turns into a tomato (gets all)

HELP!!!

Don't think about the people watching, think about your lines FEEL the words, the feelings that you characters feel, see what they see, become them and feel their heart beating in your chest. You're not you, you're them! Let go of everything that makes you, you. You are them! I know it sounds really odd, but take my advice. And if you STILL worry about turning red then put stage make up on.
