This is kind of a stupid question, but how do you know if you are healhty enough to ride a roller coaster? I love roller coasters, and have been riding them ever since I was tall enough, but lately I have been fearing that I may not be healthy enough to ride a roller coaster. I have heard so many stories of people dying on roller coaster over stupid little things like riding with a head ache, so I just want to know how to know if you are healthy enough to ride a roller coaster.

  1. so far as i know unless Ur pregnant have heart problems epilepsy or a physical injury u can safely ride a roller coaster the headache thing is if Ur having an aneurysm and don't know it

  2. yea as long as your not pregnant or have heart conditions you should be fine and they have signs that say if you can ride with certain medical ailments

  3. Sometimes they have things on the roller coaster sign that say if you have a certain kind of condition you shouldn't ride that ride.

  4. from what I know I am healthy enough but I never go on extreme rollercoasters though, I HATE going upside down!!

  5. If you have any heart, back, neck, or bone problems, are pregnant, have recently been ill or had surgery, then you should not ride. If your headaches are due to high blood pressure, then you should seek a doctor's advice before riding.

If you have frequent or recurring headaches of any type, then you should be evaluated by a physican to rule out anything potentially serious. Once you get a clean bill of health from a doctor, then you won't have to worry anymore.
