haha okayy so this is KIND OF embarassing... :\ hak so i usually only go to the bathroom every..er..4-5 days. its been like this for as long as i can remember and i think that sort of contributes to my belly fat. is there any way to speed this up or any foods that will help me out here? i' m thinking it could be my diet.btw i'm fairly active. i play soccer on a team that practices 2-3 times a week and has a game every weekend.
