Kind of embarassing...?

haha okayy so this is KIND OF embarassing... :\ ha

k so i usually only go to the bathroom every..er..4-5 days. its been like this for as long as i can remember and i think that sort of contributes to my belly fat. is there any way to speed this up or any foods that will help me out here? i' m thinking it could be my diet.

btw i'm fairly active. i play soccer on a team that practices 2-3 times a week and has a game every weekend.

  3. Wow that's weird. Like p**p you mean? You need more fiber. Cheerios, fiber one bars, whatever. And eat a lot more grapes. I p**p like every day! Ha sorry if it was TMI.

    yahh, Fiber One bars are REALLY good and make you go potty right away ;]

  5. Not to embarrassing just a fact of life..

    You may actually have a colon problem. You can go get it checked out by your local gastroenterologist(digestive system doctor :D). If all your test results come back negative there are plently of snacks you can munch on. You can take FiberOnes (the chewy pills) they are supposedly extermely good.. Just put more fiber into your diet. But 4-5 days is not good it is bad for you..

  7. If you're talking about #2. I'd say try Glycolax. I take it as well. I usually only go twice a week as well :P Otherwise just try some other laxatives or try eating som food high in fiber. Soup and celery are what I usually eat.

  8. its kinda weird that you dont go every 4-5 hours since youre so active. maybe prunes or raisins or dates? i think you should also think about it and make yourself try to go.

  9. I have the same thing. It's called Irritable bowel syndrome. I would get a colon cleanse, I got one and my belly went flat and I lost 10lbs!!! I had so much junk in there. Here's some info on it...

    A colon hydrotherapy is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your colon, as it washes out residue wastes and toxins out of your colon, strengthens and smoothens it, effectively providing a suitable environment for bacterial balance.

    In a normal session, the patient (that's you) will lie down in a table, where warm and filtered water will be infused into your colon, through the r****m(yikes!). This infusion of water washes away toxic wastes stuck in your colon, and stimulates peristalsis - which helps release the fecal matter out. I highly reccommend it. The experience is not painful, even if it sounds a tad awkward.

    My doctor also says to eliminate these foods from my diet to help with bowel movements: beef, dairy products, cereals other than rice.  yeast, citrus fruits, caffeinated beverages, and tap water. Drink lots of water and exercise is best when used with all of these methods.
