What? Can someone become able to "phase" through solid objects (like Shadowcat in the X-men)?

If so - then no.

Though it is true that all matter is actually mostly "empty space", there are force fields between all the atoms and molecules which prevent other atoms and molecules from moving between them.

A bit like a net is mostly empty, but you can't pull two nets through each other.
