Kindergarten: How to save money and increase income?

This question specially goes to all the kindergarten principals out there, how can you help your center to save money and increase income by getting inexpensive help from group of volunteers?

If there any websites on this, please share. Thanks in advance!

The Roteract Club offers voulanteer services. Just don't mention about saving money, they might get a negative view. Is this real or something for your report ?

Helping during graduation is a good idea.  Maybe you could also record the ceremony and then sell the dvd to parents to make extra money.
