Kindergarten Teaching Subjects?

Question

Just looking for some subjects I could teach a kindergarten class which could support small actvities?

Teaching windows are small because of the young age so i only have about 15 minutes for a quick lesson.

For example, a small lesson about healthy eatting

Related activites - getting each child to give an example of a healthy food

colouring in pictures of healthy foods etc

Any more ideas would be great, feel free to be creative!! Thanks.

An activity that I have always had success with is allowing children to cut out healthy foods from magazines or grocery circular and then make a food collage - either on construction paper or a paper plate.

15 minutes is actually a long lesson in a Montessori classroom,  so you might want to start there.  I would suggest looking at this page for ideas of activities:
