A typical and very well know (except to you it seems) scam.  Traditionally referred to as a "Nigerian email" scam since the original letters, and now emails, would have a Nigerian address.  Now they have addresses from just about anywhere in the world but the bottom line is that it's a scam.

They will promise the world and have already started asking you for money before you can get your "prize".  Once they get it they will either never be heard from again or they will come back asking for just a bit more for some other clearance fee or legal fee.  They will soak you for what ever they can get before dropping off the face of the earth.

Set your email spam filter to send these right to the trash and don't give them a second thought.

Wow you are becoming a millionaire congrats;  DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP it is nothing but a scam, if you reply to this mail they will imdtly respond back asking you to send the processing fee, they may even call you compelling you to pay and once the fee is transferred you will hear NOTHING from them, so just ignore the mail, MARK IT AS SPAM/JUNK, DO NOT REPLY EVEN and if you do they will have a legitimate e-mail id (of yours) for further trap.
