name some bacterium that has use in our industry/community.. some may call it "good bacteria".. aside from lactobacilus, name some more. not the common ones please.. thanks..

yeast brewing/baking

bacteria break down wastes so that plants can grow.

There is also nitrogen fixing bacteria.
