49w^2-16x^2-24x-9

I know the final answer..because I used a calculator

But I don’t know how it got it.please show me . thanks

= 49w^2 - (16x^2 + 24x + 9), the second expression is a perfect square

= 49w^2 - (4x + 3)^2, this is a difference of squares
