Kinds of exercises are there?

What kinds of exercises can I do? I do jumping jacks, push ups and squats and some others. Can somebody give me a list of great exercises please?

  1. If you don't want to do pushups or situps or jumping jacks every night i recommend just walking around your neighborhood. You don't have to run unless you want to. Walking is really healthy. Not like walking to the bathroom or walking upstairs or things like that. More like setting a time after work or dinner to go around the neighborhood for 1hr. or 1hr 30mins. every night. its really healthy.

  3. there are 2 types- cardio and toning. jumping jacks/star jumps, walks,jogs,eliptical,swimming,rope skipping are all cardio. yoga,pilates,calisthenics,chi gong,weight lifting and budokon are toning

  4. Sit ups, weight lifting, hip abductions and adductions, leg lifts

  5. I love situps ,

    and also my other favourite is dancing very randomley and wildley to a fast song ,

    and , take your hands and hold them together , and point your elbows outward , then take your right leg and lift it up towards your hands , and then keep doing it , great workout ,

  6. Running is the best kind of cardio.  And swimming will give you the best total body workout.
