Kinesin motors!!! :)?

can i have a explanation of how a kinesin motor generates the power to power a load????? cheers :)

Like pretty much every dynamic process in the cell, kinesin gets its energy through ATP hydolysis.  The image below is a pretty good diagram, but I wish there were more arrows to get a better feel of the changes taking place.
