King Da Ka Question????

Was it just me or did people who went on King Da Ka not get that funny feeling in their stomach when dropping??

It's very possible that they did not. I have ridden Kingda Ka at least 20 times and do not get any sort of funny feeling.

When KK goes over the top and starts downward, it is completely vertical. IOW, you are actually facing the ground. This is unlike the first drop of other coasters which is at an angle. Your stomach is not underneath you (I hope I am explaining it clearly).

The sensations are more of speed (when it launches at 128 MPH, you are moving horizontally), and free-fall when it drops... much different than a normal coaster.

Plus, it's over in something like half a minute. Even if you only ride it once, it's worth the experience.
