King George II and Caroline of Ansbach

Question

First off, let me say my History and monarch knowledge is pitifully low, so this may be a very obvious question in any case.

I've tried Wikipedia, but we all know how trustworthy Wiki is. Anyway, my question is, what were George and Caroline's full names? Wiki reckons Caroline wasn't her first name, does that mean it's her surname, or was it just a double-first name...? And was George's surname August? Or was -that- his middle name?

Basically I'd like to know their proper first and last name, if anyone can help. [:

George's wife was Wilhelmina-Caroline von Brandenburg, her father was Margrave of Ansbach. George was George II Augustus Hanover, King of Britain. this link will reveal all you ever want to know, and more

George II's consort, Caroline of Ansbach, was christened "Wilhelmina Charlotte Caroline".  George II was officially "George Augustus" of the House of Hanover.

Georg(George)  of The Royal House of Hanover and Wilhelmina Charlotte Caroline of Brandenburg- Anspach were their names.

Royals really don't use surnames the same way we do;they tend to use Royal House Names and Title Names instead.

George's full name was Georg August (George Augustus). Princess Caroline was indeed Caroline of Brandenburg-Ansbach. Whether or not Caroline was her first name it was how she was known. Like Queen Victoria whose full name was Alexandrina Victoria.
