What album is this from because when i look it up it says "other" its a song that plays at the end of DMX:Never Die Alone. Where do I find it?

It is off of the "Never Die Alone" Soundtrack that came out in 2004.  I know for a fact that you can purchase it off of Amazon.com.  You can also goggle it and there is website where you can get wallpaper and lyrics and all types of things.
