King of the ring? Boxing/Rugby?

Im trying to find footage of the Tongan vs Samoan boxing fight, It was held in Australia in about 05/06, The guy that won used to be a rugby player and was also called "king of the ring" in rugby because he would use his finger to stick between people cheeks to make the drop the ball. It was a first round knock out by the ex rugby player but I cant remember either of the guys names. If anyone can help with names it will help me search for footage. Thanks.
